RIB-ROOF 465 is viewed as the classic among the RIB-ROOF metal roof systems. The high degree of prefabrication used in the RIB-ROOF 465 significantly reduces construction times. Our metal roof system maximises safety for planning, installation and functionality.

Trapezoidal profiles are often used as supporting static substructures for build-ups on warm and cold roofs. For this reason, Zambelli has developed the innovative Thermo-Z spacer profile for substructures,. Its several rows of slotted holes, which are arranged in a staggered manner, allow for a reduced thermal bridge effect and better U-values. Thermal separating strips, commonly used between the roof cladding and the supporting structure, are no longer necessary. The Thermo-Z spacer profile provides an alternative to classic wood.

A broad variety of connection and closure systems are available when installing one of our Zambelli RIB-ROOF metal roofing systems. A large selection of basic and bespoke design options are possible in the detailed planning, among them sloping steps or special designs for internal gutters. Generally, our systems can be used to connect with or close metal, brickwork or other façade structures, as well as combined with masonry, plaster walls or exposed concrete.

The noise reduction properties of the RIB-ROOF acoustic roof are impressive, as it can reduce rain noises by up to six decibels and decrease other noises considerably. SNOW GUARD RAISING ELEMENTS: For photovoltaic and solar systems, we generally recommend using our snow guard raising elements for stable elevation of the snow guard systems.
